The colour varations done, and final shape and concepts done I was able to take the model and finish devloping it in 3D space.


A few elements where changed during the 3D process and a lot of elements are still to change.
With the low poly complited I began creating the high poly, with the high poly i used the floating geomtry technique to add detail to the low poly. The floating geomtry technique allowed me to add detail without worrying about engons or connecting the diffrent points.

As you can see above the geomtry is not actually part of the model however at certain angles (shown below) the plane can look as part of the model and during the baking porcess the projection would captur this plane and add it to the normal map.

Below Shows a clay render of all the parts that have been high poly'd using floating geomtry. As you can see a few desings where changed. Also a final clay render of the final design that will not be changed.
