Due to the university scheduling this week was not a teaching week however the facilities where still open for us to use. As this week was now the deadline week, I used the whole week to sort out my AI target blueprint and get the sentry gun to a hand in quality.


During this week I was also able to finish my final concept of the gun, as I spent most of the project concentrating on creating the 3D object as its my weakest point I didn't have enough time to do what I planned to do with the final concept. I planned to do a hand painted scene including the sentry gun as a final concept however I used the unreal engine screenshot and painted over it to create a production piece that can showcase and 'sell' the asset.

Project Overview
Good Points- The feel and atmosphere of the gun is exactly what I planned from concept stage.
The natural growth of the sentry gun from a design aspect. Bad Points- I felt that my lack of knowledge of unwrapping really hindered my gun
- Particle affect did not work the way I wanted it to.
Things to learn from for next project.
II feel my skills where shown and tested nicely through out the project however I think if I had timed and planned each aspect of the project accordantly I could furthered my skills alongside the project.
